CAR RENTAL IN CHISINAU
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CAR RENTAL:
The vehicle is rented in accordance with the terms and conditions of SRL Autorental specified in the rental agreement. We ask clients to carefully read the agreement and confirm acceptance of its terms by signature.

Agreement conditions:
The renter must meet Autorental company requirements, standards and qualifications, namely: minimum age of 21 years and at least 1 year of driving experience. Compliance is confirmed by presenting a valid passport and driver license. Autorental reserves the right to refuse rental without additional explanation.

PAYMENT METHODS:
Payment is made in cash at the NBM exchange rate at the time of signing the agreement. Payment by bank card is also available. A security deposit is mandatory.

Additional services included in rental price:
oil supply;
technical maintenance services;
mandatory civil liability insurance.

Fuel is not included in the rental price, and the minimum rental period is 24 hours. If the renter returns the car within one hour after this period expires, no additional late fee is charged. Each subsequent hour of delay is charged at 7 EUR per 60 minutes. Keeping the car for three hours beyond the agreed period is charged as a full rental day. If the renter wants to extend the rental period, they must notify the company, appear to extend the contract and pay for the extension. Otherwise, the lessor has the right to report the vehicle as stolen to law enforcement authorities.

CAR RENTAL WITH DRIVER SERVICES INCLUDED:
The driver service fee is 15 EUR per day. This covers an 8-hour working day.

SPECIAL-PURPOSE EQUIPMENT:
Child seats and GPS navigator - 2 EUR per day.

FUEL RESERVE:
If the vehicle is returned with an empty tank or fuel shortage is detected, each missing liter is charged at 1.2 EUR.

VEHICLE DELIVERY AND RETURN:
This service is free of charge on the premises of Autorental, at the AIRPORT and at the RAILWAY STATION during working hours. Home delivery within Chisinau is available for 10 EUR. This service is also possible outside working hours only upon prior request.

ONE-WAY CAR RENTAL:
If the renter wishes to use this service, they must contact the lessor to clarify additional details.

COMPENSATION FOR MATERIAL DAMAGE IN CASE OF A ROAD ACCIDENT:
The client of Autorental is responsible for full compensation of vehicle damage in the following situations:

driving under the influence of substances affecting mental state or while intoxicated by alcohol;
inattentive driving or deliberate actions causing vehicle damage;
use of the vehicle by one or more persons not listed in the rental agreement, as well as by persons under 18 years of age;
damage to the interior of the vehicle, suspension and tires;
operation of the vehicle in mountainous terrain, on non-asphalt roads, etc.;
violation of traffic rules;
absence of police evidence at the time of vehicle return;
any adjustments to terms and conditions require prior approval.
